A cool toning conditioner for very light and platinum blonde hair that conditions and hydrates.
This unique Intense Icy Conditioner is formulated with our Davroe Black Dye Complex, which removes any unwanted yellow tones in very light and platinum blonde hair. Enriched with Blue Butterfly Pea and Black Mulberry extracts, this toning conditioner hydrates naturally dry and chemically treated blonde hair, improving combability and overall hair health while imparting shine.
How to use:
After shampooing, apply Intense Icy Conditioner evenly on damp hair. Leave on for 2-3 minutes depending on level of toning needed then rinse thoroughly.
