Is it pricey? Yes. Is it really really good? YES! As the name suggests, it is waterproof, moisture-proof, and yes, sebum-proof – which really impressed me as I have VERY oily eyelids 😍 If I don’t use a really good eyeshadow primer, everything on my eyelids runs off before lunch. But D&G's eyeliner holds impressively well, is incredibly pretty in all the nice colors, and is easy to apply. Dried Out
The cap/lid was very loose and clearly couldn't be closed properly. The eyeliner dried out within 1 week after I started using it and was therefore trash.
