Bad product, I couldn't style the product because the moldable mass around the teeth was really very little and that's why it didn't stick to the teeth at all. Helps really well with nighttime grinding! No more jaw pain in the mornings! One downside though, that it was a bit tricky to shape the bite guard for the upper teeth, as the plastic hardened really quickly when taken out of the hot water.4 views
