Use:
first, thoroughly cleanse the nail with polish remover to remove dirt and oils. on bare nails: apply 1-2 layers of the fx top coat for a custom negative-space effect. for full coverage: apply 2 layers of your favorite expressie quick dry on-the-fly polish and let dry for about a minute. then apply 1-2 layers of the fx top coat for a leveled-up look.
