Kegel Balls are used to strengthen the pelvic floor muscles.

Why is it important to have strong pelvic floor muscles?
The pelvic floor muscles are located between the tailbone and the pubic bone and it supports the pelvic organs such as the bladder, intestines, uterus, and vagina. They are a group of muscles whose good health gives you a better quality of life.
The pelvic floor muscles can be weakened due to several reasons: childbirth, training in high-intensity sports (such as running), the first menopausal symptoms, obesity and more. In addition, if these muscles are not sufficiently trained, they can gradually weaken over the years.
Problems related to the pelvis are extremely common but often hidden. Poor condition of this small, but still relevant muscle, can cause, among other things: incontinence, back pain and genital prolapse (a condition which pelvic organs are lowered below their normal position down towards the vagina).
A well-trained and strong pelvic floor also gives you more sexual pleasure as a strong muscle gives you more sensitivity and thus it’s easier to reach climax.
The training of your pelvic floor muscles is done easily by actively squeezing and relaxing the muscles when Kegel Balls is in the vagina. 15-30 minutes per workout is all that is needed to get a strong and healthy pelvic floor, and you can exercise while you do other things!
