The comment was made 2 weeksHello Emma 👋 You can use products other than FOREO’s own with your FOREO UFO mini 2, but here are some tips to keep in mind for the best results. It is primarily designed to be used with FOREO’s UFO-activated masks that are adapted for heat, cold, and T-Sonic pulsations. But you can definitely try other products as well: ✅ Preferably choose water-based ones, like hyaluronic acid, niacinamide, or peptides. ✅ Gel creams or light moisturizing creams work great. To avoid irritation, preferably avoid: ❌ Products with a lot of retinol or strong AHA/BHA acids when using the heat setting. ❌ Thick oils or heavy balms, as they don’t glide as smoothly and aren’t absorbed as well with the device. If you want to use the UFO mini 2 mainly to help serums absorb, you don’t necessarily need to buy FOREO’s own masks. A moisturizing serum or a light gel works perfectly! 🥰 Take care!
