Neutralize Yellow/Red Tones
Used the toner in the color frozen sand first, but thought it became a bit too yellow-red in tone. After using the color mask in the color graphite, the yellow tones disappeared and the hair got a cool brown natural shade! No pigment
I bleached my hair and was excited to try this in the color Bronze after seeing an ad for it. After two washes (where the toner worked for 10 minutes), there was no difference. I will try to leave it on even longer even though it's not recommended. Bronze is quite far from my current hair color, so I was disappointed with the result.1 product in post No pigment5 views - The post was made 1 weekRating: 2 out of 5verified customer
There are better options
Pretty expensive and relatively poor coloring product considering the market. Doesn't last for many applications from the jar. Dries out curly/wavy hair quite badly unless you mix in a drop of conditioner (which of course dilutes the pigment). The Graphite shade has a strong green undertone. There are many cheaper and higher quality dyes on the market, I wouldn't buy this again. #lykoreview1 product in post There are better options191 views- The user's roll: Customer service at Lyko. Latte
I toned my ends after I did the hair color test in hopes of matching it with my real hair, but unfortunately it didn't turn out so well. I was told that Latte would make my way too red ends cooler.. but I don't know where the cool tone is in the color 😞 I don't want to use it. It would probably work if I wanted to be a redhead! ❣️ This is what it looks like on a white paper..1454 views- The user's roll: Lyko Creator. I don't know how dark or light you are, but as long as you're not light blonde, you can use it, you just mix it with any amount of uncolored hair mask depending on your starting condition 😘2 likes

Pretty cool light beige on white hair
I was a bit tired of my white blonde hair and wanted to try this mask. I read that this Vanilla would work best on really blonde hair, and it actually turned out really well. A more natural blonde beige. I haven't washed my hair since, so I don't know how long it lasts. But I will definitely use it again. About half the tube was used on my medium-length, quite thin hair.1 product in post Pretty cool light beige on white hair1594 views - The post was made 1 month
Help with toning without lightening hair
I have used Montibello Oalia 5.1 thinking it wouldn't lighten my light brown hair, but I've noticed it has become lighter than I wanted. I now want to find a cool light brown toner with an activator under 2% hydrogen peroxide or without hydrogen peroxide at all. I saw that you sell Four Reasons Color Mask Toning Treatment Coffee. Could this be an alternative? Or do you have other toners that fit my needs?1 product in post Help with toning without lightening hair786 views- The user's roll: Customer service at Lyko. The comment was made 1 monthHey hey Anneli 💗 This whole hair dyeing thing is really a jungle, so great that you’re reaching out 🥰 If you want to use a classic toner, I would recommend checking out Wella Professionals Color Touch, which has only 1.9% hydrogen peroxide. But since they don’t have a cool 5 in their range, maybe you could try their 5.0 and then use a cool color mask between dyeing sessions? 😊 Here you can find Wella's 5.0 👇 lyko.com/sv/wella-professionals/wella-professionals-color-touch-pure-naturals-light-brown-5-0 Regarding color masks, it’s good to know that they work great for toning, but usually don’t adhere well to uncolored hair - therefore, I would recommend the combination I mentioned above 😊 This particular shade, Coffe, from Four Reasons is cool but also very dark. Therefore, I’d rather show you this one called Walnut, which comes from Add Some: lyko.com/sv/add-some-re-boost/grazette-add-some-re-boost-walnut-150ml Check this out and get back to me if you have more questions or thoughts! ✨

Vanilla and Silver
Hi! Can you combine Vanilla and Silver to get a cool beige tone in the hair? Or what do you recommend? :)1 product in post Vanilla and Silver1571 views- The user's roll: Customer service at Lyko. Covering Gray Hair
Hi! I have some gray = white strands in my dark brown hair that I now highlight blonde so that the regrowth doesn't show as much. I'm trying to achieve an ash blonde shade and have therefore stopped dyeing the regrowth blonde because it gives a better cooler tone on pure highlights in my naturally dark hair. But I would need something that makes the white in the regrowth more yellow to match the rest of the hair until it's time to highlight again. I'm looking for a toner without hydrogen peroxide (I've gotten very sensitive, dry, and frizzy hair in menopause) that still lasts for a number of washes. It should be easy to apply only in the parting and along the temples. I think this product looks like it fits my needs but I'm unsure about the color choice. Help! 😄 Pia1 product in post Covering Gray Hair1412 views- The comment was made 4 monthsHi and thanks. 🙏🏼 A clarification: The hair strands I want to "dye" with a hydrogen peroxide-free toner are completely white. The dark next to it will not be affected. So it’s simply a shade to shift naturally white hair to look blonde - so more yellow/beige. Or maybe even light brown. This to tie my white regrowth with the highlights that come further out. All to extend the time between highlight bleachings without having completely white "highlights" at the roots. In other words, I believe a hair dye test does neither good nor bad. Hope I’ve been clear now. ☺️ Pia

A toning, intensive treatment for colored blonde or light brown hair. Its color pigments give your hair a cool, light brown nuance and maintain hair color. The plant-based proteins and amino acids strengthen your hair and give it a gorgeous shine. Your hair color stays glowingly vibrant and your hair healthy.
Apply evenly to washed, towel-dried hair. Comb through and leave in for 5–10 min depending on the desired intensity. Rinse carefully. Use instead of a regular conditioner whenever your hair color needs to be refreshed. Note that your hair’s porosity, condition and current shade affect the result’s evenness.
