big minus on the cap
I love this shampoo and have been using it for at least a year. It smells good and I like how my hair feels afterwards. However, the cap is extremely hard to open, I have a bit of trouble with grip strength and have had to ask my partner for help several times to open it. It is very tight and because of that, it can hurt a lot to open sometimes.
