Ingredients
Perineal massage has been shown to be effective in facilitating vaginal delivery and reducing the risk of ruptures.
The base consists of six different vegetable oils, including grape seed oil, macadamia oil, linseed oil and cottonseed oil. All oils are rich in fatty acids, phytosterols and phospholipids which have a softening and soothing effect.
Use:
The oil should be massaged 3-4 times a week from v.30.
