  Poor quality, hard to brush with and broken

  I bought this brush since I previously bought Minea's paddle brush which was really good and of top quality. Since the paddle brush was out of stock, I decided to try this one instead - to my great disappointment. It hurts to brush with (even for me who is not hair-sensitive) and does not detangle knots at all. When it was delivered, there was a small crack in the handle which I chose to overlook. Lyko or the supplier had tried to fix the crack by putting a piece of black tape over it.. When my daughter brushes her hair, the soft bristle part (with the spikes) also comes off the brush, and you can see that the glue has come loose. So Lyko has sold a broken brush with a homemade repair and acts like nothing happened. Terribly disappointed!

    Hi Julia 💜 Oh, that really sounds strange – especially with the tape and the brush part coming off. This is definitely not something we usually see, and we never repair products ourselves before they are shipped, so we would like to take a closer look at this.
