I have a question regarding sulfate-free shampoos. If you use a shampoo that is free from both silicones and parabens, should you then avoid leave-in conditioners, serums, and hair oils.? Since these often contain silicones that are not washed out with all shampoos. Or is it safe to use leave-in and serum if it’s from the same line and brand?Translated from swedish

EXTREMELY GOOD
