If your hair is very damaged, you can go a bit closer to the roots, but the focus should be from mid-lengths to ends. Here's how to do it: On freshly washed, towel-dried hair Distribute a suitable amount in the lengths (feel free to comb through) Let it sit for about 60 seconds Rinse thoroughly Use it 1-2 times a week or as needed, and feel free to alternate with your regular conditioner.
