    Doesn't smell good

I think I have an ok idea of how jojoba oil should smell, but this was not nice. Smells a bit musty, a bit like tar. More like some neem oils that can smell a bit "special". Sure, it does its job, but even there I can think it doesn't deliver completely. Everyone talking about jojoba oil as some miracle? Neither hair nor skin feels particularly moisturized, in my opinion. No, Iโ€™d rather invest in a shea butter or something similar.

Great for the scalp โ€“ but the dropper brings down the overall impression

I mostly used it as a hair oil, and it felt soothing and nourishing, especially for the scalp. The product itself is good โ€“ lightweight, absorbs nicely, and makes the hair soft without feeling heavy. The big downside for me was the dropper. I had a hard time dosing the right amount, which became frustrating. Maybe a Monday product, but it was enough for me not to buy it again. I found another oil that suits me better.

Can you mix jojoba oil and castor oil? Will it help my hair grow?

Hey there! ๐Ÿ‘‹ Yes, it's fine to mix ๐Ÿ˜€ Hair growth is an individual process and is influenced by many factors, including genetics, diet, stress levels, and the overall health of the hair. Oils can definitely help nourish the hair follicles, which can improve hair health and promote growth, but itโ€™s not guaranteed that it will make your hair grow fast or a lot ๐Ÿ˜Š Good luck ๐Ÿ’—

Hi Isabell โœจ There is nothing in this that suggests it can't be used by pregnant women, but if you're unsure, we always recommend checking with a doctor/midwife before use! Wishing you a nice day ๐Ÿ’•

    How should it be used?

I want to use the oil for my hair and scalp. How much should I take? How many times a week? Do I need to be freshly showered? Should I wash the oil out after a certain number of minutes after applying it, or should it stay in my hair all day?

Hey Markus! You can use this in a few different ways, and no way is wrong. You can use it as a hair mask/hair treatment before the shower, but you can also just use it on the lengths after the shower, both on dry and damp hair Have the best!

    Lifesaver

Heard someone say that pure jojoba oil was the best, but itโ€™s such a hassle with oils here and there, you get completely dizzy! But honestly, Iโ€™ve used it on my scalp before showering, on the ends after showering, on my face, on my legs, on my cuticles, and on my hands, it works everywhere! My skin gets soft and hydrated immediately without feeling sticky, and my hair is softer than ever! Yum!
