Lifesaver in Distress💖
Now that the cold has started to come, my scalp has become very dry, which makes it itch and hurt a little☹️ To calm this, I have used this serum, and WOW! The shine disappears immediately😍 I reapply a little now and then during the day to really hydrate and soothe as much as possible. It has a very fresh scent but still doesn’t overpower too much🌸 The only thing that brings down a star is the dropper, it’s a bit too hard for my taste and it easily dispenses a bit too much product than desired. Does it work on thin bleached hair??
Hi! Would the Head and Hair Heal series work for someone with thin and slightly bleach-damaged hair? ❤️ I read a lot that it works against dry scalp and dandruff, is that the only thing it targets? Really nice to use when the scalp isn’t feeling 100%. As needed or after every wash. Cools and doesn’t feel sticky at all. I focus on massaging it into the scalp after applying with the dropper, then out into the ends and lengths last. The favorite among scalp products
Like many others, I get a dry scalp when the cold comes. I have tried a few different products from Maria Nila and they have not disappointed me so far. Not this one either. I have tried Acos Intensive Dry Scalp Treatment and Hjärtligt Hårbundgel before and have not felt as satisfied as I have been with Maria Nila's Soothing serum. I use it after I wash my hair, but also on days between washes. It absorbs quickly and doesn't feel greasy on the scalp. A big plus is the pipette, it makes it easy to dose even though it drips a little (I learned to use it despite the dripping) unlike the other products I've used where it's easy to overdose. Then we have the scent. I love it, I want a perfume with that scent. But it is mild, incredibly fresh (smells like cucumber/melon) and doesn't linger after application. If you are very sensitive to scents, you might want to avoid this serum, but I don't think it's crucial. If you have the opportunity to try it, I highly recommend it. I was thinking of buying a second one as the first bottle is starting to run out, but I'm hesitating because it now costs over 400kr. Worth trying for sensitive scalp 😌
I've been using this serum for a while, and it works really well for sensitive and dry scalp😊. The consistency is light and easy to distribute, and it absorbs quickly without making the hair greasy or heavy. Alternatives with milder/no scent
Hi! I became very curious about this product as I struggle with an itchy, flaky, and sensitive scalp. Unsure if it’s «normal» dandruff or dry scalp. But I am therefore extra sensitive to strong scents in products, and I see several here mention the good but still strong scent it has. Feels nice on the scalp!
Cools nicely and I actually think it helps when the scalp feels sensitive and itches. The only downside is that it only works on damp, clean hair before blow-drying for me, otherwise it gives a greasy feeling in my hair and it looks easily dirty and a bit stringy around the roots.
