Hair remained waxy despite washing
I applied the product to my scalp and let it sit for 10 minutes before washing. I washed my hair three times with a clarifying shampoo and also used a massage brush to ensure my scalp was thoroughly cleaned. I bought this because I have a very sensitive scalp that often ends up being sore/painful. (I don't struggle with dandruff, so this was only bought for sensitivity) - I noticed already after the first wash of my hair that my scalp is calmed and less uncomfortable - both the same day and days after.
