    I tested a jar of Virgin snow classic cream. My hair is naturally light and has highlights that are about 9-10 shades. I applied it according to Manic Panic's instructions on dry, clean hair. The jar wasn't enough for the whole head, so if your hair is long or thick, it's worth buying multiple jars. The recommended processing time was 30 minutes according to the jar's instructions. The highlighted parts brightened a little, but not particularly much. If the whole head had been bleached recently, the result would probably have been more dramatic. Darker shades definitely work better. Manic Panic's dyes are classics, but maybe I would use something else for coloring light hair. There are many cheaper and more economical products available.
