    Doesn't work

    Bought it as a Christmas gift for myself. The fan sounds nice but no air comes out. It ended up being like a regular flat iron. I didn't bother to complain, watched the video, and thought it was a scam. Now I'm wondering if I got a defective unit! Shouldn't it blow a little so that a hair strand moves? Curls hard and holds long, but nothing happens. Experience? Tips? Best regards, Anna

Use:
(1) Wash and dry your hair, comb your hair thoroughly (do
not use any spray, styling agent or other inflammable
chemical hair-care products), then wrap a towel around
your neck so as to avoid possible skin scalding.
(2) Insert the plug into power socket, the power status
indicator flashes in white, press “power button” to start
the appliance, then the appliance will work at level 3
(360℉ / 180°C defaulted).
(3) Press “power button” to choose levels according to
different hair types.
(4) while heating, the LED of corresponding level will be
on. After heating to set temperature, LED will be lit long.
Meanwhile, the cooling fan will turn on automatically,
and the power status indicator will switch on in blue.
(5) Press the “cooling fan button” to turn on/off the fan
when the device is in operation.
(6) Press and hold the “power button” for 3 seconds to
turn off the device. The power status indicator will flash.
