    Not very effective

    I don't think this was very effective unfortunately. It didn't remove much coating on my tongue and I started to bleed even though I scraped gently on my tongue.

Tongues can be very sensitive, and even with careful use, some may experience irritation or small bleeding – especially if the mucous membranes are extra sensitive. In that case, it is completely right to stop using it. When it comes to effectiveness, the coating on the tongue can also vary greatly from person to person, so what works for some unfortunately doesn't always give the desired result for everyone.
