NORDBO Mage is a well-documented dietary supplement for regular bowel function. With an intake of Mage in the evening, a toilet visit usually follows the next day.

Mage contains rhubarb root which contributes to regular bowel function by supporting the peristalsis (bowel movements). The rhubarb root is combined with magnesium hydroxide which binds liquid to the stool.

Mage also contains triphala - an Ayurvedic blend that supports digestion and the normal bowel function. Triphala consists of Indian gooseberry, bahera fruit and tropical almond (not related to sweet almond or nuts).

To soothe and lubricate the intestine, the capsules contain aloe vera, marsh mallow and red elm bark.

1-2 capsules are preferably taken in the evening. Remember that it is important to drink enough water so that the intestine can bind liquid to the stool.
