Ingredients
Myo-inositol, also known as vitamin B8, is a water-soluble polyol that plays a key role in our cells' intracellular signaling systems.
Usage:
Take 1 pinch to 1/2 teaspoon daily, with or without food. It's best taken in the evening. Store at room temperature, out of reach of little ones, and away from direct sunlight.
