Good Night Instant Magnesium is a fast acting powder, perfect for a peaceful night. A formulation of magnesium bisglycinate with high bioavailability, soothing chamomile extract and vitamin B6. Good Night Magnesium is developed to support relaxation and quality sleep.

Magnesium bisglycinate is an amino acid chelate that binds magnesium to glycine, which improves absorption and makes the mineral gentle on the stomach.

Chamomile contributes to mental and physical well-being as well as to relaxation and restful sleep. Magnesium contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and to reduced fatigue and exhaustion. Vitamin B6 contributes to hormonal balance.

Use:
1-2 scoops per day a couple of hours before going to bed. The powder has a good taste of lemon and chamomile and can be mixed with any liquid. (Avoid hot liquids, as this can destroy the nutritional content.)
