    Usage:
    Adult dosage: Mix 6 g (roughly 2 tsp) with 150 ml of liquid. Consume around your workout sessions 1–2 times daily. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Not advisable for use during pregnancy, breastfeeding, or by individuals with diabetes. Dietary supplements should not replace a varied diet.
