I work at a hospital, and the pants that fit over my butt and thighs are WAY too big at the waist. This has been a life-saver, and I wish I had found it earlier!
Much more comfortable than stuffing my work pants into a belt, even though it can sometimes slide up a bit over the pants. But belts do that to me to a much greater extent. It's not so bad when it slides up since it's on the back of the pants, and not in a way that hurts my stomach when I sit or anything.
It's also robust :) I've been using it almost daily at work for 1.5 years now, and it's still just as usable. Highly recommended!
