Use:
Remove the cap and pour out 10 ml (2 teaspoonfuls) of mouthwash. Vigorously swish the mouthwash between your teeth for at least 30 seconds, 1-2 times per day after brushing your teeth. Do not swallow the rinse. Do not eat or drink for 30 minutes after rinsing.
