Use:
For the detox method brush in long repetitive sweeping stokes focused towards the heart. Use small circular motions on the abdomen and chest. Avoid use on sensitive areas or broken skin
Tap the brush after use to remove skin debris. Wash when needed in warm soapy water, rinse well and air dry naturally with the bristles facing downwards.
