GENERAL
Parental or legal guardian approval for a person under 18 years of age is required to shop at the Lyko.com online store. A person under 18 years of age can not buy on credit from our online store. By placing an order at Lyko.com you approve of the terms and conditions of this page and declare that the information provided is true and correct. The terms “us” and “our” refer to Lyko on this page.

All prices include taxes. The purchase total including tax and possible discounts will be displayed at the check out.
PAYMENT
Qliro makes online shopping easy, flexible and safe. You can choose a payment method that suits you best.
You can choose any of the provided payment methods. By providing information at the check out page you agree to our terms and conditions and processing personal data.
QLIRO-INVOICE
An invoice will be sent to the email address used when placing the order (given that you did not choose to have it sent by mail for an extra fee). Qliro will send you an invoice once your purchase is on it’s way to you. Private invoices have a 14 day payment term.
If the invoice is not paid within the due date, a penalty interest will be added to the total. As the invoice is a form of credit, we will need your personal information and may even check your credit report. You can find more information about the terms and conditions at Qliro here.
"BUY NOW, PAY LATER" WITH QLIRO
You will receive a monthly invoice from Qliro to the email address that was used when placing the order. The interest is 0% and we will charge you 4,99 EUR for a processing fee.
If the invoice is not paid within the due date, a penalty interest will be added to the total. As the invoice is a form of credit, we will need your personal information and may even check your credit report.

INSTALLMENT PAYMENTS
We offer two options: A Qliro account with flexible monthly installments or a Qliro installment payment with fixed installments. Both options will send you an invoice halfway through each month. You will receive monthly invoices until the total is paid off. You can also pay off the entire installment at once at any time.
It’s important for us to ensure your solvency. That’s why we will run a credit check before approving your installment payment plan. This is a quick process and you will receive an answer from us immediately. In case the installment payment plan is not approved, you may choose another form of payment.

CARD PAYMENT
The card payments are processed in a secure system that meets the requirements set by the PCI-DSS-standard.

You can pay by credit or debit card. At the moment we accept VISA and Mastercard. There are no additional fees to card payments. The credit card transactions are processed by our affiliate Qliro to guarantee a fast and secure payment.
To ensure a secure payment we use a 3D-Secure-verification, an online payment security standard used worldwide by VISA and Mastercard.
Here’s how it works:
- Choose Card Payment as your payment method at check out. This will connect you directly to the secure payment system.
- Choose your card; type in the card number, due date, security code (CVV) and cardholder name. Please notice that the card needs to be valid for a minimum of two months.
- The system will check the authenticity of the provided information before approving the payment.
- The transaction will be placed on hold for a card authorization.
- The card authorization will be charged by Lyko online store once the products leave our warehouse. If the order is divided into several parcels your card will be charged once the last parcel has been sent.
DIRECT DEBIT AS TRUSTLY-ONLINE BANK PAYMENT
Buy and pay directly at your online bank service.
Here's how it works:
- Choose the Trustly payment option at the check out page
- Choose your bank and continue to the identification page. Insert your bank ID and safety code. Make sure to use a secure connection.
- Choose the account you wish to pay with and confirm the transaction.
- The transaction total will be charged directly from your account and you will be sent an order confirmation.
DELIVERY
Posti
You get FREE DELIVERY with purchases exceeding a total value of 70 euros. Choose the free delivery option at the check out before finishing your order. A standard delivery fee of 4,90 euros applies to all orders with a total purchase price of under 70 euros. Please notice that the delivery options may be somewhat restricted for smaller localities, which can affect the delivery time.
The order processing time at our warehouse in Sweden is 1-2 days.
You will be sent a shipping notification as soon as your order has left our warehouse. The shipping notification mail will include a tracking code and link. Each successful order will create an automatic shipping notification. The most common reason for a missing shipping confirmation is an invalid email. Kindly also check your junk mail for the shipping notification.
In addition to Finland (not Åland Islands) we ship to Sweden, Norway (not Jan Mayen and Svalbard), Denmark, Poland, Germany, the Netherlands and Austria.
NOTE Kindly pick up your package in time. In case the order has not been collected and is sent back to us, Lyko reserves the right to send you an invoice of 25 euros to cover the shipping cost.
Budbee
Your postal code will define if you are able to choose the delivery option above. At the moment Budbee delivers to: Helsinki, Vantaa, Espoo, Tuusula, Kerava, Kauniainen, Turku and Tampere. The order is always delivered to the provided shipping address between 17-22 and has to be received personally. Budbee will send you a text message once your order has left our warehouse. The message will include a tracking link and additional information about the delivery. In case you have chosen the package to be left outside your door, you will personally be responsible for the order once it has been delivered by a Budbee courier.
Delivery time
Delivery time for shipping with Budbee and Posti is 3-5 working days (you will get an estimated delivery time at the check out).
RETURNS
Under the consumer protection act you have the right to return a product within 14 days of receiving your order by notifying us. The easiest way to return a product is by registering your return with your personal account at Lyko and following the instructions provided. Lyko will refund your return fees. Your product must be in faultless condition, unused and in it's sealed original packaging in order to be approved. For hygiene reasons you can not return opened or used makeup, hair products and hygiene products. By doing this we can ensure that the products we provide for our customers are unused and intact.
You can not return or exchange underwear for hygiene reasons.
The customer is responsible for returning the package, possible damages during delivery or a lost package. Kindly pack the product carefully.
Once you have notified us about wanting to make a return (preferably through “My pages”), you have the right to return your products within 14 days under the consumer protection act. Once we have received your return and inspected and approved the products, we will refund your transaction within 14 days. We will notify you by email once the refund is processed. The refund will be processed with the same payment method you chose at the check out.
Products purchased in November-December have an extended return- and exchange policy until January 14th. The same terms as above apply on a submission of a receipt.
HOW TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE & RETURN
If you regret your purchase you can make a return. If you have received a faulty or damaged item or if your order is missing a product you can make a reclamation. Please notice that we have no happiness guarantee. This means that we do not approve returns or reclamations of used products that do not meet your expectations. We recommend a patch test (for example on your hand) in case of possible allergies and sensitivities before using a product. Wait for 24 hours to ensure that the product does not cause any reactions.
- Sign in with your account to create a return or reclamation.
- Go to My page.
- Choose order history.
- Choose your order number from the list.
- Choose Return/Reclamation.
- Fill in the reason for your return/reclamation in the text field.
- To speed up the processing of the reclamation, you can upload a picture of the damage in the reason for reclamation -field (this only applies to reclamations).
- Confirm and send.
After registering your return or reclamation we will contact you by email and provide you with more detailed instructions. In case the product must be returned to us, kindly wait for instructions. We do not refund fees of independently made returns.
If you need help with your return or reclamation you may always contact our customer service for further assisting.
The customer is responsible for the product until it is received by our returns department. This applies to possible damages during delivery or a lost package. Please pack the product carefully.
GUARANTEE & RECLAMATION RIGHT
If you wish to make a reclamation you can create a reclamation with your own account (see instructions above). Consumers must notify Lyko about possible faulty products as soon as possible or immediately after discovering the defect within a reasonable time (2 months).
Lyko offers a 1 year guarantee and 2 year right to reclamation on all electronic devices. If the defect in question is a manufacturing defect, Lyko will refund the reclamation fees.
Under the consumer agent alignment vendors' liability for sold goods ends after 6 months. In order for Lyko to compensate for the defect, the defect must be original and already existing during the purchase (manufacturing defect). Defects that occur within 6 months are always considered manufacturing defects and will be compensated by Lyko for free. If the defect in question is not a manufacturing defect, our reclamation policy includes Lyko helping you repair the product but you will personally be resposible for the costs.
Lyko is not resposible for defects caused by wear or misuse of a product. Lyko is resposible for possible fees with approved reclamations, such as postal fees and refunding the transaction total.
Under the consumer protection act consumers can not make a reclamation of a product solely due to dissatisfaction as we do not provide purchase on approval.

We answer questions regarding your order within 48 hours (during weekdays), in other cases we will notify you about possible delayances. We answer other questions as soon as possible, our goal is to get back to you within 48 hours.
DATA PROTECTION
We will not disclose your personal data such as your address, phone number, email or other personal information with third parties for marketing purposes or statistics etc. Your personal data is processed confidentially without a separate request. We only use your personal data to process orders and our own marketing.
SHIPPING DELAYANCE
A customer has the right to request a refund in case of a delayed delivery. Our delivery time is usually between 0-7 days.
