A good, basic toner that moisturizes well without feeling heavy. Watery and light consistency in a nice bottle. No fuss, no "flashy" claims and promises. Moisturizing! Simple! And I really like it, especially now in the summer. I have an oilier skin type that easily becomes dry on the surface, and is also sensitive (rosacea and prone to eczema). This toner is perfect hydration for my skin. The toner leaves my skin moisturized, slightly plumped, and with a natural "glow" without being too much. I love layering extra under the eyes where Iâm a bit drier and often need a serious moisture boost. Since itâs so thin in consistency, I apply this first after cleansing. Then I apply my antioxidant products during the day and nourishing ones at night.
