  Help me !!

  Hey, I wonder if this series would suit me or if there’s another one that would suit better. I have thin hair strands and split ends and usually lose quite a bit of hair in the shower. I have short hair and really want to get my hair to grow, and that’s what I want to prioritize when I buy your products. I also don’t want to have to wash my hair as often as I do now (I wash it every two days). I have naturally curly hair and blow-dry it after every shower in case that’s something to take into consideration. But as I said, I really need help with what would suit my hair and get it to grow for once!

It strengthens the lengths, protects against broken hair strands, and adds shine – perfect when you want to grow it out! To reach your goals, I would recommend the following routine: Wash & care (2–3 times/week): Use Extentioniste shampoo and conditioner. Gently massage into the scalp and let the conditioner work in the lengths. Between washes: Try a gentle dry shampoo, like Living Proof PHD Advanced Clean, to extend the time between washes. Save it until it’s really needed! Heat protection (every time you blow-dry): A heat-protecting leave-in, like Kérastase Kératine Thermique, helps to protect and discipline frizz. For curly hair, use low heat and a diffuser, and let the hair air dry 70–80% first. For split ends: Trim the ends regularly and use a repairing mask once a week to reduce broken strands. Scalp & growth: A gentle scalp massage in the shower can increase circulation. Supplements with biotin can also give an extra boost, but give it at least ~3 months to see results.     Hey Ayeh!😊 If you have low porosity and frizzy hair, it usually works better with lighter products that don't weigh it down and with ingredients that help moisture really penetrate the hair strand.
