1. Great formula, 10/10 for super dry chapped lips - but - the packaging is SO BAD. Like this sticky goopy lip balm deserves to be in a tube not a pot. The inconvenience is crazy. I keep worrying about how if it isn’t closed well enough it might fester bacterial growth. So this is a big issue the brand should work on. 2. Given how inconvenient I found the packaging I have to say I keep using it. It feels amazing on the lips and lasts longer than most moisturising balms. Its kind of a gel so it is a non-sticky gloss when worn. Kudos for that. 3. If your lips are truly dry. This needs to be augmented with a panthenol based lip balm. I feel this is great while it lasts and the lips are softer but I personally found that once it is gone from the lips - because of time or eating - the lips can quickly go back to feeling dry again. So the deeper dryness might not be tackled with this alone.

Super product, you can hardly feel it on your lips, but it does the job! During the winter, my lips are very dry, and this little treasure handles them!

I only use it in the evening, as it doesn't absorb and can feel a bit sticky - but I neeeeed to have lots of lip balm in the evening! I've bought it 3-4 times now, and I'm buying it again!
