    Poor grip

    Nice and good size, but way too weak in grip. Doesn't stay put properly. Can't hold all my hair, and I still have fine hair, meaning not particularly thick.

    came VERY slowly

    I ordered this at the beginning of December, it was supposed to be a Christmas gift. It wasn't shipped until January 11, which was very disappointing. I didn't get notified that it would come later until I contacted myself, which I think is very poorly done
