    I love LH's products overall and this is no exception. Such incredibly fine glitter! A little fallout, but then I also put on a decent layer, so if you take a more reasonable amount, you probably won't have the same problem. Sparkles really beautifully. Best used as a topper IMO. Super pretty on top of stronger matte colors and perfect to have as an accessory to a matte palette so you can add a glittery finish to your favorite colors. Better glitter effect than e.g. Hourglass scattered light and Urban Decay's Space Cowboy topper.
