      Hey Lindaloo Cv 😊 It might look a little unexpected, it is completely normal for the Liance Creme Conditioner Burgundy to have a silvery or grayish color when it comes out of the packaging. This is due to the cold pigments in the formula. The color develops first when it comes into contact with the hair and starts to work. So even if it looks a little scary at first, you don’t need to worry, the final shade will be as promised, in this case a red tone ❤️ For safety, you can test on a small strand in the back first, then you can easily see how the color turns out in your hair. If you suspect there is something wrong with the product, you can make a complaint via my pages 🥰 Have a great day ✨

Usage:
