Terrible!
Had high hopes despite mixed comments, but oh how disappointed I was! First tried dark blonde, but since it made no difference, I took "blonde." The only thing that happened was that my hair became completely hard and looked like I had used half a bottle of dry shampoo?? I had just washed and dried my hair, and because I didn't want to wash it all over again, I stood by the sink and tried scrubbing the roots. Had to shampoo five(!!!) times before the water ran clear and not brown/beige. Maybe easier if you want to darken your roots, but getting it light was totally useless... I understand that you have tried applying it to your hair according to the instructions, but maybe shaking the bottle well, holding about 10–15 cm away, and spraying in short bursts where needed, then brushing lightly through, can help.
