I think the color doesn't really set and gives the effect I'm looking for. I bought it because the price was cheap, but next time I will try another brand. Unfortunately, I think it will end up in the trash since I've had it for a few months and it's basically untouched. Covers imperfections well but way too heavy to use under the eyes without creasing unfortunately.. do not recommend if you're only looking to cover dark circles under the eyes826 views
