Best!!
Used a mouse eyeliner like this that was available several years ago. When it disappeared, I switched to another one that I was never satisfied with as it smudged on my eyelid after a few hours. I do pretty thick and long wings. But I bought this one now to test if it had the same feel as before, and it did! So easy to use and doesn't smudge.
