Frustrating
The positive thing is that my skin doesn’t react to it. The negative is that the texture is a white lotion. This means I have to use extra product on cotton pads and work it in. I have to press and work it extra well into waterproof mascara (unlike the regular one which doesn’t require as much). I often get this product in my eye, which stings a bit. Doesn't work

Not buying again
Removes waterproof eye makeup quite lazily. Requires way too much rubbing, which irritates the sensitive skin around the eyes.
