So pretty under lashes
This mascara makes my lower lashes so incredibly pretty, it finds all of them and I have so many. Bone dry
The mascara was bone dry and almost no product came out on the brush when I took it out. (No matter if I pushed it in and out). Hey, can you paint the lower lashes without it ending up under the eyes? All the mascaras I've tried, waterproof or not.
