best primer and base!
best primer and base I have. can be used as a foundation with the right technique but I think it’s more intended as a complement. The different colored little balls blend together and help with the pigment problems I have on my cheeks and other areas a little extra. It doesn’t dry me out either. it’s not matte or fully covering if that’s what you’re after and can make you look a bit pale but that’s obviously because it neutralizes the colors in your face so you can work like on a blank canvas with your makeup, I think.304 views
