Base coat and top coat?
Hi! I use this as a nail strengthener since my nails are soft. I want to try colored nail polish, so I thought I could use this as a base coat but also as a top coat. Can I do it by first applying this nail strengthener, then colored nail polish, and finishing with the nail strengthener again?
