Base coat and top coat?
Hi! I use this as a nail strengthener since my nails are soft. I want to try colored nail polish, so I thought I could use this as a base coat but also as a top coat. It can then help the nails feel stronger and the nail polish last longer, even though it cannot penetrate to strengthen the nail's structure.
