  I bought this yesterday and already tested it in the evening. But I didn't have a good experience. My hair feels almost worse than it did before. I'm thinking maybe I used it the wrong way, because I really didn't understand the instructions. Should you shampoo first or before, or when should you use the conditioner? Nah, I didn't understand haha. Could I get help with a step-by-step explanation? Best regards, Natalie

Shampoo: Wet your hair, massage in the shampoo, let it sit for 1-2 minutes, and rinse. 2. Treatment: Apply Hard Water Treatment, let it sit for 5-10 minutes, and rinse. 3. Conditioner: Use Hard Water Conditioner, let it sit for 2-3 minutes, and rinse. 4. Finish: Rinse with cold water, gently dry, and style. Use the products once a week for best results, but if you find your hair gets too dry, you can use them every other week Take care!

  Hey there Amanda! When I looked at this, I can't see that there would be any problem for you to use these products. It might be that the loose hair will feel dry after use, so I would recommend you to use a moisturizing mask afterwards. Take care! ✨
