    I bought this yesterday and already tested it in the evening. But I didn't have a good experience. My hair feels almost worse than it did before. I'm thinking maybe I used it the wrong way, because I really didn't understand the instructions. Should you shampoo first or before, or when should you use the conditioner? Shampoo: Wet your hair, massage in the shampoo, let it sit for 1-2 minutes, and rinse. 2. Treatment: Apply Hard Water Treatment, let it sit for 5-10 minutes, and rinse. 3. Conditioner: Use Hard Water Conditioner, let it sit for 2-3 minutes, and rinse. 4. Finish: Rinse with cold water, gently dry, and style. Use the products once a week for best results, but if you find your hair gets too dry, you can use them every other week Take care!
