It’s perfect for the eyebrows! It can get dry, and form white flakes if you manipulate it too much, so best to just style the brows quickly and let them dry in place. I haven’t tested the waterproof claim. It comes off easily with my makeup remover oil at the end of the day. Super cheap and extremely effective for eyebrows!452 views
