My hair turned green-Do not buy!
I used the colour raven on my bleached hair like the description said works best. It looked really good at first, it was just a bit patchy and different colors (view picture). But only after one wash you could see a green undertone in sunlight and after two washes my hair was fully green. Wasted 400kr on this and had to spend even more money to get it fixed. I bought midnight blue and it is really super nice and worn, not too bad on the hair. However, it will stain like crazy on everything your hair comes into contact with. Since you wash your hair 1-2 times a week, it’s likely that most of it has washed out by the ball, but a faint red tone may still remain. Best I've tried
Manic Panic is generally very good with their colors. They are very concentrated and require less product than you think, as well as being extremely pigmented with very nice colors. The only negative is that they stain very easily and are hard to remove from the scalp/skin. Manic Panic is a semi-permanent color that works more like a cream/conditioner with pigments, and not a chemical permanent hair dye. Tips för hårfärgning:
- Börja med hårblekning (vi rekommenderar Manic Panic Hair Bleach. Följ instruktionerna på förpackningen). Om du använder annat hårblekningsmedel så ska inte efterbehandlingsmedlet/balsamet användas efter blekningen.
- Skölj ditt hår med vatten.
- Tillsätt hårfärgen och använd en kam eller hårfärgningsborste för att sprida ut färgen jämnt, massera färgen i håret med fingrarna, låt den sitta i mellan 15 till 60 minuter.
- Skölj håret noggrant tills vattnet blir genomskinligt. Avsluta med kallt vatten och helst även med balsam.
När det kommer till kvalitet, färg och så vidare, kom ihåg att slutresultatet alltid beror på hur håret såg ut innan du färgade det.
Våra produkter är oftast inte allergiframkallande, men om du är osäker så testa lite på din hud, exempelvis på armbågen (de efterlämnar en färgfläck så tänk efter när du väljer var du ska testa den). Vänta sedan ett par dagar och kontrollera så att huden inte reagerade irriterat. Om du får utslag eller liknande så bör du inte använda hårfärgen.
För att få ett så intensivt resultat som på våra testbilder - blek alltid håret innan du färgar det. Ljusa färger som vitt och pastellfärger funkar endast på blekt hår.
Våra vita färger är egentligen väldigt ljuslila, vilket tar bort gula färger från håret, så bli inte rädd om det ser ljuslila ut efter färgningen det försvinner oftast efter första tvätten.
Färgen kommer att bli så lik våra exempel som möjligt om håret från början är så ljust som möjligt. Ingen av färgerna är skadliga för håret, de innehåller ingen ammoniak.
Olika färger är olika svåra att tvätta bort beroende på pigment.
Om man tvättar väldigt blont hår rött så kommer färgen inte att försvinna förrän efter 6 till 8 veckor. Färgen kommer försvinna gradvis och går då igenom olika faser av färger, antingen orange-aktigt eller rosa-aktigt, beroende på vilken färg håret hade från början. Med andra ord är röd färg svår att tvätta bort, medan exempelvis blåa pigment kan tvättas bort enklare.
Våra tester på exempelbilderna är gjort på syntetiskt hår och kan därför skilja sig från hur det kommer se ut på riktigt hår. Olika datorskärmar visar även färgerna på olika sätt.
Många av de röda färgerna kan se olika ut beroende på hur länge man låter hårfärgen sitta i och så vidare.
Tänk på att de färgar av sig på hud, kläder, handdukar och badrum, så se till att skydda ALLT du inte vill fläcka ner! Detta gäller även när ditt hår är nytvättat, även om det inte är färgat nyligen.
