Does its job
I have now tested this facial cleanser for a month, and here is my honest review. The packaging is as minimalist and nice as all of Mantle's other products. It has a lovely green color when you squeeze it out of the tube, which then foams and becomes a nice foam when you rub it onto wet skin. It really does its job and leaves the skin clean afterward. What brings it down a bit for me is that the cleanser is a bit thick, so sometimes it's hard to get the product out. The opening has also clogged a few times, so only a little cleanser came out. Also, I'm not a big fan of the scent; I don't really know what it smells like, but it doesn't appeal to me. Perfect for the winter months
I have normal skin, leaning towards dry, and overall I have uncomplicated skin. Sometimes I can get visits from pimples, but my biggest problem is that I dream (like many others) of hydrated skin that helps makeup achieve a real glow! Mantle’s facial cleanser keeps the moisture in the skin in a good way during the winter months, while gently removing makeup residue. However, I noticed that this product did not work for me during the summer months. I had a lot of problems with pimples, which was probably because it didn’t remove the sunscreen, even though I always use another makeup remover beforehand. Nice balm
A nice balm that removes ALL makeup, even waterproof mascara! Gel-like consistency that then transforms into oil when massaged in. Leaves no oily residue on the skin, I use a second cleanser afterwards to remove all impurities🧼🫧 However, I am very sensitive around the eyes and sometimes feel a "blurry" sensation in my eyes after use...
