A Lot of Energy consists of Hair & Body Shampoo Energy, Hair Conditioner Energy and Body Lotion Energy. The products come in practical 100 ml tubes that are as perfect for your workout bag as travel sizes. They all contain essential oils of Rosemary, Lavender, Lemongrass and Juniper, which provide an energising scent.

Hair & Body Shampoo Energy is gentle shampoo and refreshing shower gel in one. The cleansing ingredients are derived from coconut and corn, which help the skin retain its natural and protective oil balance. Therefore, the product does not dehydrate skin and hair like regular soap.

Hair Conditioner Energy is a moisturising conditioner with Jojoba Oil, for both treated and natural hair. It detangles and softens the hair, and boosts shine by smoothing the cuticles and evening out porosity. Hair Conditioner Energy also minimises damage by protecting the hair and preventing split ends and breakage from brushing.

Body Lotion Energy is an emollient and nourishing lotion. It contains a combination of plant-based oils, vitamins and Lactic Acid (AHA) that helps the skin maintain a good moisture and oil balance. We use Lactic Acid from sugar beets and Shea Butter from wild shea trees.

Use:
Wash the hair with Hair & Body Shampoo Energy. Take a very small amount, equal to half a teaspoon or 2,5 ml. Distribute it in your hands, add some water and massage thoroughly onto hair and scalp. Rinse well. It is always advisable to wash your hair twice in a row; the first wash dissolves impurities and the second one washes clean.
Then use Hair Conditioner Energy in wet to moist hair. Apply to the ends and, if needed, to the rest of the hair. Rinse well. You can also try leaving Hair Conditioner Energy in the ends of the hair, instead of rinsing it out. The effect is like that of a leave-in conditioner.
Apply Body Lotion Energy on your entire body every day to keep the skin soft and moisturised.
