Mommox is a corticosteroid nasal spray designed for adults over 18 to tackle runny nose and nasal congestion caused by allergies like pollen (aka hay fever), pets, or dust.

You can also use Mommox nasal spray for a runny nose, congestion, and sneezing that aren’t allergy-related (known as vasomotor rhinitis), but steer clear of using it for regular cold symptoms.

For adults 18 and up, the recommended dose is 2 sprays in each nostril once a day. Once you’re feeling the benefits, you can drop it down to 1 spray in each nostril daily. Don’t exceed this dosage.
Some users may start to feel relief within 12 hours after the first dose, but it’s possible to see the full effects of treatment only after two days.

If you haven’t noticed any improvement after 14 days of regular use, reach out to your doctor. Avoid using Mommox nasal spray for more than 3 months without consulting a healthcare professional.
