    Cheap for a reason

    I have pretty thick hair, I use these clips to section my hair while I work on other sections. However, I feel that the plastic is cheap and sharp at the end - so much that it pokes into my scalp if you (like me) are careless. Somewhat longer than I had counted on, hard to hold curls up due to the length of the clip as they 'cross' each other in my scalp. Poor grip if you have more than a finger-width hair section in them. The metal screw that holds the clip together falls out now and then. I’d rather spend the money on some more expensive clips of higher quality.

    Simple affordable hair clip in plastic

    I appreciate that this clip is completely plastic, many manufacturers insist on using metal, which I want to avoid as much as possible! Affordable, easy to use when styling hair and wanting to section it! Still searching though, but light and luck for hair clips / hairpins in softer plastic that are gentler on the hair. Like silicone-like, feel free to shout if anyone knows that it exists! 🌸 #lykomission
