LactiMood contains the well-documented Probiostress® complex, which combines 30 mg of standardized saffron extract with 4 billion living lactic acid bacteria from two probiotic strains: Lactobacillus Reuteri and Bifidobacterium Breve. Probiostress® is a synergistic complex, which means that the components collaborate for a stronger effect than each ingredient individually.
Saffron contributes to maintaining emotional balance and a positive mood. Lactobacillus Reuteri and Bifidobacterium Breve both have a positive effect on the gut-brain axis, an important function for a relaxed central nervous system and a balanced state of mind.
