As the most common protein in mammals, collagen makes up about 30% of the body's protein. NOW Multi Collagen has collagen from three sources: beef, chicken and fish. This combination product offers naturally occurring types I and III collagen from beef, type II collagen from chicken leg broth, and type I collagen from fish. The collagen from cattle used in this product comes from BSE-free and hormone-free cattle.

Use:
Recommended daily intake: Daily mix 2 1/2 ironed tablespoons with 2.5 cups water,
juice or your favorite drink. Whisk vigorously or use a mixer.
