  Disappointing!

  Was tempted to try the product because of all the hype it got at launch. Really disappointed after trying both shampoo and conditioner for a couple of weeks. Scalp itches, and hair feels porous and static. The product gets an extra star because of the scent.

    Hi 😊 Thank you so much for sharing your experience. It’s so unfortunate to hear that the shampoo and conditioner didn’t live up to your expectations. It’s always disappointing when a product you were looking forward to doesn’t work as hoped 💕 Itchy scalp and hair feeling both porous and static can often be due to the product not quite matching your hair type or your hair’s needs. Products with protein, like rice protein, can for some give a slightly more “stiff” or dry result if the hair at the same time needs more moisture or a different type of care balance. So nice that you liked the scent 🌸 Hope you find a series that suits your hair better going forward 💖

  The softest hair I've ever had

  I have tried various brands of shampoo and conditioner over the past years. Davines, Kerastase, Redken, Watercloud, and most recently Monday have been among those I've used in an attempt to find a balance between something that works well for my hair and price. I have now tried Nude's shampoo and conditioner for about a week and so far I'm very impressed! My scalp gets oily much later (I try to wash my hair at most every other day), and it is incredibly soft and smooth! I have combined it with Nude's hair mask and rice water+hair oil, which I've been using since it came on the market. The shampoo and conditioner have taken it up another notch. The products also smell good. It was unusual at first that so little product comes out of each pump, but it makes it much easier not to overuse. The conditioner is easy to distribute in the hair and to "comb" in with fingers, and also easy to rinse out after use.

  Had been looking forward to it..

  This conditioner was not as expected. I had to pump at least 10 times to get enough product for my hair. I thought maybe it would be more economical to use since so little product came out at a time, but it wasn’t. The bottle also seems bigger than it actually is. It has the same scent as the rice water spray (the spray is 10/10!!), but the scent disappears quickly and doesn’t really linger in the hair for long. Very faint scent on the hair itself. This conditioner does what a completely okay conditioner would do for the hair. If you want the effects from the rice water and the scent, I would rather buy the spray in the same series.

This can vary a bit depending on hair type and how much product you need 😊 However, if you suspect that there is actually something wrong with the pump or the product, you are very welcome to register a complaint via My Pages - Order History - Complain, and we will take a closer look at it.
