"Otrinex 1 mg/ml is a fast-acting, long-lasting nasal spray that relieves nasal congestion and pressure in the sinuses.

Otrinex nasal spray delivers a precisely measured dose of medication in spray form to your nose, quickly easing the stuffiness caused by colds or acute sinusitis. Otrinex contains the active ingredient xylometazoline hydrochloride, which reduces swelling and pressure in the sinuses during acute sinusitis.

Otrinex alleviates nasal congestion in just a few minutes, and the effects last for up to 10 hours.

Preservative-free nasal spray. Suitable for ages 12 and up.

Usage:
1 spray in each nostril as needed, 2-3 times daily. Do not exceed 3 sprays in each nostril per day. Use for a maximum of 10 consecutive days. Other dosages as prescribed by a doctor. Each spray of Otrinex contains 0.14 ml of solution. It’s recommended to take the last dose of the day just before bedtime. Any other dosing should follow a doctor's instructions. Prolonged use beyond 10 consecutive days may lead to nasal congestion.

Consult with a doctor or pharmacist before using Otrinex if you have high blood pressure, cardiovascular diseases (e.g., long QT syndrome), hyperthyroidism, diabetes, pheochromocytoma (a tumor in the adrenal gland producing large amounts of adrenaline or noradrenaline), prostate enlargement, if you are using monoamine oxidase inhibitors, or if you have used them in the last two weeks.
